The 12‑week cadence
-Weeks 1–2: clarify outcomes, set leading indicators, schedule two focus days per week.
Build in small celebrations every two weeks, mark progress with a coffee outing, a new book, or a shared lunch with peers.
December planning is an opportunity to align your 12‑week system with the natural rhythm of the year, balancing ambition with sustainability.
-Weeks 3–10: deliver in sprints; protect deep work in The Sanctuary and batch calls in booths.
-Weeks 11–12: review, ship final pieces, and plan the next cycle.
Keep it human
Mix solo focus with light community touches, coffee chats, partner perks and movement sessions nearby to stay energised.
Don’t forget movement, short winter walks or online yoga sessions make a big difference to keeping energy up in darker months.
Community accountability can also help, buddy up with another Workshop member to share weekly intentions and small wins.
