workshop. wasn’t just an idea, it was a need we felt first-hand. Sitting in a local café with our laptops, we met others who were struggling to focus at home and craving the energy of like-minded professionals.
Ampthill had fantastic cafés and a thriving community, but nowhere designed specifically for flexible working, collaboration, and creativity. That’s when the vision for Workshop was born.

With backgrounds spanning business, design, hospitality, and community-building, we each bring something unique to the table. But more than anything, we believe that work should feel good.
