workshop. wasn’t just an idea, it was a need we saw first-hand. Sitting in a local café, working away on our laptops, we were approached by someone struggling to focus at home, craving the energy and connection of like-minded professionals.

It struck us…

Ampthill has fantastic cafés and a thriving community, but nowhere designed for flexible working, collaboration, and creativity.

From that moment, the vision for workshop. was born.

We’re three friends from different walks of life, brought together by shared values and a passion for creating spaces that connect people and inspire ideas. With backgrounds spanning business, design, hospitality, and community-building, we each bring something unique to the table. But more than anything, we believe that work should feel good. That’s why workshop. is more than just desks and WiFi. It’s about balance, belonging, and building something together.
