Creating Workshop, the first co-working space in Ampthill, has been a labour of love. From finding the perfect location to designing a space that’s both productive and welcoming, every choice has been about creating something unique for Bedfordshire’s creatives, entrepreneurs, and remote workers.
Now, we’re nearly there—and we can’t wait to open the doors.
Ampthill is full of talent: freelancers, remote professionals, small business owners. But until now, it lacked a central space to work, connect, and collaborate.
Workshop changes that. We’re proud to be developing the first purpose-built co-working space in Ampthill, created with the town’s growing community in mind.
From the beginning, we knew Workshop had to be more than just desks and Wi-Fi.
We’ve designed a co-working environment in Ampthill that balances deep focus with social connection. Here’s what you can expect:

A big shoutout to Tyler at Scribed Developments, who has been instrumental in transforming this former mechanics garage into Ampthill’s new co-working destination.
Their team has helped us preserve the building’s original character while modernising it to support the way we work today.
The furniture is being installed, the coffee is almost brewing, and Workshop is nearly ready.
